SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We currently ship to the US and Canada using UPS, FedEx, and USPS. US shipping is free of charge.
We offer lighting that is finished and ready to ship, made-to-order, and custom. Finished products generally ship within three days of an order being placed while made-to-order shades generally ship within three weeks of an order being placed. Custom shades generally ship no later than three weeks after we receive a customer's materials.

RETURN POLICY
Undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of customer delivery for a full refund or exchange. Unless there is a defect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Custom shades made using a customer's own materials cannot be returned.
